Notifications on update and assignment
We have added a small feature that will help those who like to share or dispatch their CRM information between their users.
It is called notification on update and assignment. A notification email is sent:
- when a record is assigned to a new user in the edit form
- when a record is updated by a user who is not its owne in the edit form,
- when a set of records have been updated or assigned to a new user from the bulk form (Apply On).
